Variation of scrambles eggs adds cream cheese to the flavor.I love the combination. If you are allergic to shellfish you can substitute imitation crabmeat. Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter |
9 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup milk |
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed small |
6-8 ounces fresh crab meat, flaked |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a 12x7 inch pan. 2. In a medium bowl, add eggs milk cubed cream cheese, crabmeat, salt, and pepper: 3. Pour into pan over butter. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. 6. To serve, cut into squares and sprinkle with dill. 7. Garnish with fresh fruit. |
