Ingredients:
1lb. fresh crabmeat; drained and flaked
1/2c. green pepper; chopped
1/2c. celery; chopped
2tbs. mayonnaise
1tbs. worcestershire sauce
1tbs. butter; melted
1-1 1/8oz. pk. hollandaise sauce mix
4 english muffins, split and toasted
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients; saute mixture in melted butter until thoroughly heated.
2. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
3. Spoon crabmeat mixture over cut sides of English muffins; top with Hollandaise sauce.
