1lb. fresh crabmeat; drained and flaked |
1/2c. green pepper; chopped |
1/2c. celery; chopped |
2tbs. mayonnaise |
1tbs. worcestershire sauce |
1tbs. butter; melted |
1-1 1/8oz. pk. hollandaise sauce mix |
4 english muffins, split and toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients; saute mixture in melted butter until thoroughly heated. 2. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions. 3. Spoon crabmeat mixture over cut sides of English muffins; top with Hollandaise sauce. |
