Spicy-curry flavor crab bake, with bean thread noodles Ingredients:
100 g bean thread, boiled |
225 g crab |
47 g onion, chopped |
3 egg whites, beaten |
1 egg yolk, beaten |
1 tbs black pepper |
1 1/2 tbs curry powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 1/2 tbs garlic powder |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
28 g whole wheat bread, crumb |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Spray the mold with non stick cooking spray & covered it with the bread crumb.
3. Pour the mixture into the mold & sprinkle the top with left over bread crumb.
4. Bake in 400°F until slightly the top is golden brown & the mixture is dry when poked with a toothpick.
