                    This is very rich and creamy. You could always half the recipe if you are serving four or fewer guests. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 large onion, chopped  |  
                                                2 ribs celery, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 lb. margarine  |  
                                                4 tbs. flour  |  
                                                1 large and 1 small can milk  |  
                                                2 egg yolks  |  
                                                2 lbs. crab meat  |  
                                                10 oz. mild cheddar cheese  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Sauté onions and celery in margarine until tender. Add flour and blend well. Add milk, blend and remove from heat. Add egg yolks, crab meat, salt, pepper and 8 oz. of cheddar cheese. 2. Pour in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake (350 F) just long enough to melt cheese.                              |
