Make plenty. These will go quickly! Ingredients:
1 can flakey biscuits |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/2 cups crabmeat, chopped |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese |
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped fine |
Directions:
1. Separate biscuits. 2. Divide each biscuit into 3 parts. 3. You will end up with 30 pieces. 4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. 5. Spread generously with cream cheese. 6. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. 7. Top with crab meat. 8. Top with grated cheeses. 9. Sprinkle with dill. 10. Bake or broil until cheese is melted. |
