                    Got this one from a can of crabmeat. Most small cans are about 6 ounces, 4 ounces drained weight. Of course you may ALWAYS substitute good frest crabmeat (1/4 pound)! Just use the canned when the real thing isn't available! Read more !  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 can crab meat or 1/4 cup fresh crabmeat  |  
                                                8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened (neufchatel is ok too)  |  
                                                16 slices cocktail rye bread  |  
                                                1/3 cup bottled seafood cocktail sauce  |  
                                                2 green onions, chopped  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Spread cream cheese on all 16 bread slices. 2. Spread about a teaspoonful of cocktail sauce over the cream cheese on each slice. 3. Mound crab on top of each. 4.
