1/2 lb crabmeat |
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 sun-dried tomatoes, minced |
36 baguette, slices cut 3/8 inch thick |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, cheese, chives, lemon juice and pepper. Mix until well blended. 3. Fold in tomatoes and crab. 4. Lay baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and spread each with about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture. 5. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes. |
