Crab and Parmesan Toasts

Ingredients:
1/2 lb crabmeat
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 sun-dried tomatoes, minced
36 baguette, slices cut 3/8 inch thick
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, cheese, chives, lemon juice and pepper. Mix until well blended.
3. Fold in tomatoes and crab.
4. Lay baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and spread each with about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture.
5. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
