A quick healthy way to get your fix when craving crab ragoons or stuffed mushrooms! Makes a great brunch item, appetizer, great addition to a wine and cheese party too. Ingredients:
ready made pizza crust dough, that needs to be baked |
sold in the biscuit section |
(cresant rolls could be used also) |
1- container cream cheese--softened |
5 -fresh white mushrooms ---chopped fine |
4- green onions--sliced--use crisp ones--rince and dry |
canned crab-drain |
fancy fine shredded cojack cheese |
Directions:
1. Let cream cheese soften at room temp or mic for a min. at 3% power 2. unroll dough onto a lightly grease or sprayed baking sheet 3. spread cream cheese 4. sprinkle on mushrooms 5. sprinkle on crab 6. sprinkle on about 4 oz of cheese 7. bake until almost done, when you have like 3 min left remove from oven and add green onions and another 2 oz cheese 8. return to oven 9. cut into 18 pcs |
