Crab And Corn Bisque

Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1 lb crab meat ( claws )
1/4 cup butter
2 cup chopped green onion
1 qt heavy cream
24 oz whole corn with liquid
1 quart milk
1 tbs chopped parsley for garnish
1 cup stock
salt to taste
joes stuff seasoning ( or creole/cajun spice blend)
Directions:
1. combine milk, cream and stock
2. Bring to a boil, simmer 10 to 12 mins
3. Make a rox with equal parts butter and flour to desired color
4. Add to simmering pot
5. Stir in corn with liquid, crab meat
6. simmer 5 mins
7. Gradually add hald green onions, salt and seasoning to taste
8. Use other part of green onions for garnish
