From Bon Appetit. Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon capers, drained |
8 ounces fresh crabmeat, picked over |
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped, plus additional for garnish |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
pita chips |
Directions:
1. Whisk the first three ingredients in a medium bowl to blend. 2. Stir in crabmeat, celery, chives and lemon juice. 3. Season with pepper. 4. Can be made six hours ahead. 5. Cover and chill. 6. Garnish wth additional chives and serve. |
