Easy way to enjoy cashew chicken with very little work and $$$! Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons butter margarine |
1/2 cup of chopped green onion |
1 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed and undiluted |
1 cup sliced celery |
2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium |
1 1/2 cups cashews |
hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, butter, green onion, mushrooms, soup, celery, soy sauce and cashews in the crock pot/slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours or until done. Serve over rice. |
