This is a cross between a side dish and a salad. Good with grilled chicken Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) black eyed peas,drained |
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 can (15oz) whole kernel corn, drained |
1/2 c chopped onion |
1/2 c green pepper, chopped |
1 can (4 oz ) diced green chilies |
1/2 to 1 chopped jalepeno pepper, seeds and stems removed(optional) |
1 can (14.5 oz), diced tomatoes drained |
1 c italian dressing |
1/2 garlic salt |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well 2. cover and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight to blend flavors |
