A delicious sidedish that I serve with hotdogs or bacon cheeseburgers. Found on the internet. Ingredients:
6 potatoes, cut into french fries |
1/4 c. butter |
4 tb honey garlic barbecue sauce or ketchup |
1 tsp brown sugar |
1 tsp chili powder |
1/4 tsp garlic salt or powder |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes; slicing into french fries. 2. Meanwhile; in a small saucepan; melt margarine. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, chili powder and garlic salt. 3. Pour sauce over potatoes and stir until coated. Place fries on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400 F oven for approximately 45 minutes. |
