We love these cookies at our house. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar |
3/4 cup crisco |
3/4 cup butter |
3 eggs |
1 tea vanilla |
3 cup flour |
1 1/2 tea baking soda |
3/4 tea baking powder |
3/4 tea salt |
3 cup oatmeal |
1 1/2 cup toasted pecan |
1 cup dried cranberries |
1 cup white chocolate chips |
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In large bowl cream together Crisco, butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time then vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add alternately to mixture with oatmeal. Fold in nuts, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Using a small melon scoop drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15. |
