These little gems are a hit with everyone I've given them to. They're packed full of flavour! Ingredients:
2 cups white sugar |
2 cups brown sugar |
2 cups margarine |
4 eggs |
4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 cups rolled oats |
12 ounces chocolate chips |
12 ounces butterscotch chips |
1 cup walnuts |
1 cup raisins or 1 cup craisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cream together sugars and margarine. 3. Add eggs one at a time and cream together until smooth. 4. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 5. Fold in the oats, chips, walnuts and craisins. 6. Drop by spoonful on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. |
