Ingredients:
4 tablespoons chili powder |
4 tablespoons paprika |
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 teaspoons salt |
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
4 pounds ground beef |
6 cups water |
Directions:
1. Mix chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and flour together in a small bowl. Brown meat over medium-high heat in a 6-quart pot or 14-inch Dutch oven. Add spice mixture and stir well.
