I love the way this dip just sort of disappears right before your eyes. The mixture of flavors is amazing. Ingredients:
1 can whole corn, drained |
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained |
5 roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced |
1 bunch green onions, chopped |
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/2 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped |
1 bottle kraft zesty italian salad dressing |
fresh lime |
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 avocado, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine corn, beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic cilantro, and jalapeno peppers. Add juice of the lime, dressing, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Just before serving add the avocado. Serve chilled with tortilla chips. |
