Simple but yummy brunch main dish Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls |
1 lb sausage |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
4 large eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425. 2. crumble and cook sausage. 3. grease a 9x13 baking dish. 4. line bottom of dish with crescent rolls and pinch seams together. 5. drain sausage and layer over bottom. 6. sprinkle cheese over sausage (cheddar and other cheeses can be added/substituted). 7. mix eggs, milk, and seasoning and pour over cheese. 8. bake for 15 mins until set then let stand 5 mins. 9. cut in to squares and serve (hot sauce is a good condiment). |
