Cousin Stacey's Yummy Monkey Bread |

A recipe my cousin and I used to make (and devour) in college. It's easy, delicious, makes a ton and is perfect when you have company in or the family's all together. Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
3 (10 count) cans refrigerated biscuits |
3/4 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and 1 teaspoons cinnamon. 2. Tear each biscuit into quarters. (using the cheap store-brand biscuits seems to work best from my experience). 3. Coat each in sugar and cinnamon. 4. Drop pieces into greased Bundt pan. 5. Melt margarine with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoons cinnamon and pour over biscuits. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 7. Cool 15 minute and turn over onto plate. |
