A nice blend of couscous and mushrooms. From Simple and Delicious Magazine Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup uncooked couscous |
1 (7 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained |
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan, bring water, butter, bouillon, salt, and pepper to a boil. 2. Stir in couscous and mushrooms. 3. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. 4. Fluff with a fork. |
