1/3 cup(s) minced fresh parsley |

Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil, stir in couscous. Cover remove from heat, and let stand 5 min. 2. combine tomato, parsley, mint, lemon juice, oil, and salt in a bowl. Add couscous and stir to combine. |
