Green onions and toasted almonds deliver extra flair to Couscous Pilaf. Ingredients:
2/3 cup couscous |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 green onions, sliced |
1 ounce toasted sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. Cook couscous in water according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; fluff with a fork. Stir in olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper, sliced green onions, and toasted sliced almonds. |
