chocolate and butterscotch together should be really good. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup butterscotch chips |
1 (9 inch) pastry shells, unbaked |
Directions:
1. in a mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla until well blended. 2. stir in nuts and chips. 3. pour into pastry shell. 4. bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. 5. cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. 6. store in refrigerator. |
