Simple, healthy and delicious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced unpared apple (about 1/2 apple) |
1/3 cup diced celery |
1/4 cup halved green seedless grape |
2 tablespoons coarsely chpped nuts |
1 cup bite-size pieces lettuce |
1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients in bowl. 2. Garnish salad with unpared apple slices. |
