Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) vodka |
1/8 cup(s) raspberry wine vinegar |
1/8 cup(s) worcestershire sauce |
1 onion sliced |
4 clove(s) minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar |
4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
4 pound(s) boneless ribs |
bbq sauce |
Directions:
1. Slice onion, cover bottom of slow cooker with onion slices. Mix dry ingredients, roll ribs in mixture to coat thoroughly. Layer ribs in slow cooker. Sprinkle any remaining dry mixture over ribs. Mix liquid ingredients and minced garlic, pour evenly over ribs. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours. Remove ribs from slow cooker, drain all liquid, reserving 1/2 cup. Place ribs back in slow cooker. Mix reserved liquid with desired amount of favorite BBQ sauce and pour over ribs, stirring to coat. Cook on high for one hour. |
