These ribs are mouthwatering and delicious and did I mention EASY! Add some fried rice a salad,nice bread, and you're good to go!!! Friends of ours had us for dinner and served these I couldn't believe it was such a simple recipe. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs |
1 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup soya sauce |
1/2 cup honey |
4 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Boil country style pork in slightly salted water for 2 hours. 2. Prepare sauce ( you may use less garlic if you prefer. I use minced garlic the equivalent to one clove. 3. Remove pork from water after the 2 hours and cut any fat off of pork. Place in an oven ready dish and pour sauce over pork. Cook in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Basting and checking frequently.You can double sauce if you prefer more saucy style ribs. |
