I got this recipe from a Country Weekly magazine. Great tasting!! Ingredients:
2 lbs country-style pork ribs |
1 1/2 cups jack daniel's tennessee hickory mesquite grilling sauce |
1 1/2 cups jack daniel's sizzling smokehouse blend grilling sauce |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Place pork in a saucepan and add all liquids; cover and simmer for five minutes. 2. Place ribs and sauce mixture in a baking dish, then let simmer in an oven at 325 for one and a half hours (or until tender with a fork); cool. 3. Finish on a greased hot grill- brushing on extra Jack Daniel's Sizzling Smokehouse Blend Grilling Sauce. |
