Very simple and very good-found it in a magazine several years ago. Ingredients:
2 lbs country-style pork ribs |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can sauerkraut |
1 cup applesauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frying pan, brown ribs and season with onion salt/powder. 2. Place in baking dish. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. 4. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
