I had 30 mins to bake a cake to pack for today's picnic and I didn't wanna settle down for a plain old butter cake . So , I just gave a twist to it and everyone just loved it . Ingredients:
pre heat oven at 180 deg c . |
beat 115 g butter and 110 g white sugar . |
whisk 2 large eggs in . |
fold in 110 g plain flour and 2 tbsp whole almonds chopped along with 1 tbsp golden syrup. |
pour in a 9 inch greased pan . |
Directions:
1. Mix 2 tsp bitter cocoa pwd in 2 tbsp hot milk . 2. Pour on top of the cake and mix it in with a circular motion with a chopstick . 3. Dump 2 tbsp of chocolate chip on top . 4. Pop into the oven for 15 mins . |
