NIce breakfast treat to take to work or any social gathering Ingredients:
1/2 lb bulk pork hot sausage |
1 cup flour |
1 cup corn meal |
1 2 oz jar dice pimiento ,drained |
1 8 oz carton french onion dip |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage, stirring to crumble. 2. Drain well, reserving 3 tblsp drippings. 3. Preheat oven 425. 4. Combine flour, cornmeal, sausage, pimento; add reserved drippings, onion dip, and milk. 5. Stir 6. Fill each greased muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Makes one dozen |
