Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed) or 7 -8 potatoes, cooked skinned and grated
1 cup diced onion
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix everything except the cornflakes in 3 tbs melted butter. place in buttered 9x13 pan. Top with cornflakes tossed in 3 tbs mellted butter.
3. Bake 45 to 60 minute.
