Country Pork Ribs -- Ole! (Crock Pot) |

For burritos and tortas, or just for eating! A totally made up recipe by me for my 3-in-1 crock pot! Ingredients:
3 1/4 lbs country-style pork ribs (bone-in) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground) |
2 limes (juice and zest) |
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic (minced) |
1 serrano chili pepper (minced with seeds) |
3 tablespoons raw sugar |
Directions:
1. Spray 4-quart crock pot with cooking spray, or use a crock pot liner! 2. Salt and pepper the ribs on both sides; place into crock pot. 3. Add lime juice, zest, minced garlic, and minced chili pepper. 4. Sprinkle raw sugar over all. 5. Cover with lid and crock on HIGH for 4 1/2 hours, or until fork tender. 6. NOTE: Use your own judgement regarding time, if you Crock on LOW! |
