Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter, softened |
2 20-oz. can(s) crushed pineapple, drained |
10 slice(s) day-old white bread, cubed |
8 eggs |
3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
2 cup(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in bread cubes. 2. Pour into a greased 13-in.-by-9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. |
