This recipe my grandmother used to make for sunday potluck at church.. it goes very far Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
2 cups cooked white rice |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup |
2 ounces chopped pimiento |
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup crushed potato chip |
Directions:
1. Mix up everything except chips, spread into a 13x9 inch casserole dish. sprinkle chips on top. 2. bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
