This recipe my grandmother used to make for sunday potluck at church.. it goes very far
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup mayonnaise
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
2 ounces chopped pimiento
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons minced onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup crushed potato chip
Directions:
1. Mix up everything except chips, spread into a 13x9 inch casserole dish. sprinkle chips on top.
2. bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
