Southern favorite. Super easy and awesome with a fresh brewed cup of coffee. Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8-12 ounce) cured, country ham |
1 pkg. (8 biscuits) grands biscuits |
Directions:
1. Rinse ham to remove excess salt 2. Thoroughly pat dry 3. Fry ham until barely crispy around edges 4. Bake biscuits according to package directions 5. Split biscuits 6. Put one or two pieces of ham in each biscuit 7. Serve warm |
