a winter favorite Ingredients:
8 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced |
1 chopped onion |
1 lb cooked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes |
1 (1 ounce) package country gravy mix |
1 (6 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups water |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. combine potatos, onion, and ham in crock pot. 2. combine gravy mix, mushroom soup and water and whisk. Pour into crock pot and cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours. 3. top with cheese in the last 30 min of cooking. |
