2 tbls bacon grease |
1 scallot |
4 potatoes |
flour |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat bacon grease in a cast iron skillet. Layer potatoes, scallots, salt, pepper and sprinkle a little flour on top. Continue till all your potatoes are used. Fry over medium heat till golden brown. |
