4 pork chops |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced and drained |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon thyme, crushed |
6 small whole white onions |
1 cup carrot, sliced |
oil for browning meat |
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown chops and mushrooms in oil. 2. Pour off fat, then stir in soup, water, and thyme. 3. Add onions and carrots. 4. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, or until pork is tender. |
