Country Dijon Shrimp Saute |

This sounds good from Meals Made Easy with Grey Poupon Mustard. Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
3 tablespoons country-style dijon mustard or 3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
kale, garnishment |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, over medium-heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and done. 2. Remove from heat. 3. Stir in wine and mustard. 4. Return to heat; cook 2-3 minutes more or until heated through. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Stir in parsley. 7. Garnish with kale. |
