Very simple and something the grandparents might have enjoyed. Add shredded carrots for color or onions for additional crunch, if desired or French Dressing (Not Catalina Style) instead of cream dressing. Chilling time not included in preparation time. 1/2 cup heavy cream |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups cabbage, shredded |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Whip cream; add vinegar slowly, continuing to beat. 2. Add salt and pepper. 3. Mix with cabbage and chill. |
