This is a recipe from the booklet that came with the Oster Kitchen Center. I like it because it's not heavy on sugar or mayonnaise. Ingredients:
2 carrots, shredded |
6 cups cabbage, shredded |
1 medium green pepper, diced |
3/4 cup mayonnaise, i typically use less than this |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
Directions:
1. Cut vegetables as indicated above. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Combine and chill. |
