Country Casserole For A Crowd |

A little of this and a little of that from the fridge, creates a great family breakfast. Ingredients:
any leftover meats work well also. |
1/2 lb bacon |
1/4 lb sauasage |
1/2 onion |
12 eggs |
1/2 c milk |
1c. shredded cheese |
1/2 green pepper |
1/2 c sliced mushrooms |
1/2 bag potato obrien hash browns |
3/4 c baking mix |
salt, pepper, garlic powder to season |
Directions:
1. Preheat 350 degrees 2. Grease 9x13 pan 3. Chop bacon 4. Dice pepper and onion 5. Cook sausage and bacon till done 6. Add onions, mushrooms and pepper 7. cook till soft 8. Add hashbrowns, cook 5min 9. While browns a cooking whip eggs, milk, cheese, and mix 10. Pour mixture from fry pan, then pour egg mixture over top. 11. Shake to even out 12. Bake 25-30 min. until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 13. Serve with fesh friut and toast. |
