coleslaw without mayonnaise. Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup salad oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix cabbage, onion, and green pepper in a bowl, and set aside. Combine sugar, vinegar, water, salad oil and salt. Mix well and pour over cabbage mixture. Toxx lightly. Chill 5 to 6 hours. |
