Great with ham, pork or poultry. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 medium head of green or red cabbage |
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream |
1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add cabbage, cooke over low heat stirring frequently, until light brown. 2. Cover and cook about 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally until crisp-tender. 3. Stir in cream and vinegar. Heat until cream is hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. |
