Very satisfying and very comforting breakfast sure to please all those egg and bacon lovers in your live. Bursting with great flavors. Serve with pride. Enjoy Ingredients:
6 strips bacon |
6 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes |
3/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
6 eggs |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In large skillet over medium heat cook bacon until crisp. 2. Remove from heat then crumble and set aside. 3. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of drippings from pan. 4. Add potatoes, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper to drip pings then cook and stir 2 minutes. 5. Cover and cook stirring occasionally until potatoes are browned and tender about 15 minutes. 6. Make six wells in the potato mixture and break 1 egg into each well. 7. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes then sprinkle with cheese and bacon. |
