What a wonderful breakfast to whip up on a Sunday morning. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter or margarine, 4 cups cubed cooked potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 4 eggs, 1 cup kraft shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes, green pepper and onion; cook until potatoes are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. 2. ADD eggs, 1 at a time, to potato mixture, spacing eggs evenly over the potatoes; cover with lid. Cook until eggs are set. 3. SPRINKLE with cheese. Cover and continue to cook until cheese is melted. |
