A twist on the Eggs benedict recipe. My family loves this recipe. Ingredients:
4 poached eggs |
8 pieces of land o lake smoked ham or 4 canadian ham, heated on griddle |
2 english muffins, split toasted |
1 (4 ounce) package gravy, made up |
Directions:
1. Place the ham on English Muffin halves, then place poached eggs on top of ham. Cover halves with gravy. And serve with hash browns or home fries. |
