A twist on the Eggs benedict recipe. My family loves this recipe.
Ingredients:
4 poached eggs
8 pieces of land o lake smoked ham or 4 canadian ham, heated on griddle
2 english muffins, split toasted
1 (4 ounce) package gravy, made up
Directions:
1. Place the ham on English Muffin halves, then place poached eggs on top of ham. Cover halves with gravy. And serve with hash browns or home fries.
