Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
12 tablespoons honey
12 ounces beer
butter
Directions:
1. In a bowl put the dry ingredients, add honey and pour in the beer, stirring only until flour is moistened.
2. Pour inot a greased loaf pan and bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.
3. As soon as removed from the oven, rub top and sides with butter.
