YUMMY TASTY COMFORT FOOD Ingredients:
country bacon - and - cheese muffins |
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour |
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
2 tbsp. sugar |
10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled |
2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley |
1 egg, beaten |
3/4 c. milk |
1/3 c. vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; 2. make a well in center of mixture. 3. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, 4. stirring just until moistened. 5. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. 6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. 7. Remove from pans immediately. 8. Yield: 1 dozen. |
