My mom gave me this glaze recipe Ingredients:
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
2 teaspoons shredded gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 cup apricot jam |
1/4 cup yellow mustard |
Directions:
1. Cook onion and ginger in butter until soft; add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. 2. Heat to boil. 3. Spoon over ham or chicken. |
